Your New Role:

Perfection Fresh are going through an exciting period of growth and innovation. You'll walk into a well maintained, secure and stable technology environment with modern technologies.

You'll bring a good blend of technical expertise and people management or mentoring skills to ensure the continuous optimisation of all IT infrastructure.

You could be a Senior Systems Engineer looking for a step up or a Technical Lead looking for a new challenge.


The core focus areas of your role will be:

Team leadership and mentorship:

you'll lead, mentor and develop a small team of Infrastructure professionals across system administration, network engineering, help desk and cybersecurity specialist.

You'll foster a collaborative and positive team environment that encourages innovation, learning and knowledge sharing;

IT Infrastructure and Operations:
you'll oversee all IT infrastructure across servers, network, cloud, hardware and software. You'll continue to optimise availability, security and scalability for continued growth;

Strategic planning:
you'll work with the CIO and IT leadership team to define IT strategies to assist with business objectives. You'll evaluate emerging technologies and trends to improve efficiency and enhance competitive advantage;

Information Security and Compliance:
you'll implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard sensitive data and protect against cybersecurity threats; and


Vendor management:

you'll work closely with strategic vendors and third-party service providers to monitor service levels and ensure the partnerships are productive and cost effective.


Your Skills & Experience:

We'd love to hear from you if you have most of the following key experience/capabilities:
Minimum of three years' experience in a similar Senior Infrastructure Engineer or Technical Lead role, ideally in a similar business with geographically dispersed sites;
Strong experience with networking and SD-WAN solutions;
Strong technical skills and in-depth knowledge across servers, storage systems and cloud platforms;
Experience leading or mentoring small technical teams. You'll have a collaborative leadership style;
Self-starter attitude who thrives in an environment where you can work on complex problems with a diverse mix of senior stakeholders;
Critical thinking, analysis and out of the box thinking to develop strategies to overcome challenges and assist others in doing the same;
A growth mindset with a collaborative style and a strong willingness to learn and grow in your career; and


Above all else, you will have a humble, kind, friendly and trustworthy personality, with an excellent attitude and approach to work.
