    ABOUT THE COMPANY.

    ABOUT THE POSITION.

    They are seeking a skilled Concrete Leading Hand to join their dynamic team. The Concrete Leading Hand will oversee concrete-related tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

    DUTIES.

    • Supervise concrete activities on construction sites, including pouring, finishing, and curing.
    • Coordinate with team members to maintain workflow and meet project deadlines.
    • Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
    • Assist in training team members in concrete techniques.
    • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders.

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

    • Previous experience in a similar role in the construction industry.
    • Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques.
    • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work well in a team.
    • Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
