I am currently recruiting for a Landscaping Leading Hand for a rapidly growing commercial landscaping contractor.

They have executed a range of projects over the years including some keystone projects in the outdoor spaces, such as Age Care and Retirement Facilities, Commercial Business, Schools & Colleges, Community Halls & Boutique Residential Developments.

Working with a family owned business who take pride in their work and are well known in the market to deliver the highest quality service that exceeds all expectations.

About you:We are seeking someone who has a strong proven track record of working across large commercial landscape projects. A person who can work well under pressure and achieve the highest levels of client satisfaction. A person to stay long jeverdy where you can continue to grow personally and professionally.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture
  • Proven landscape construction experience
  • Ability to work in team environment and leading teams
  • Accuracy, excellent attention to detail, and pride in your work
  • Reliable, dedicated, with a cando attitude and approach
  • Workplace, health and safety
  • Providing cost, material, equipment, and time estimates as required
  • Current and valid driver's licence
