We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development Lead to join our team.About the role
You will be responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating learning and development initiatives to support the growth and development of our employees.
Collaborating with various stakeholders to identify training needs, develop training programs and deliver engaging learning experiencesKey responsibilities:
Lead the learning and development function including the design, development and implementation of training programs.
Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs across different our business.
Collaborate with SME's and internal stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness and relevance of training materials and programs.
Develop and deliver engaging and interactive training programs that address identified needs and support employee development through career progression pathways.
Support technical competency development including traineeships, compliance and career development.Be across industry trends and best practice to continuously enhance the training programs.
Provide coaching and support to people leaders and employees to promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
Partner with P&C and Talent acquisition to identify and develop high-potential employees.
About you
You will be an experienced, proactive, professional with excellent facilitation skills through your ability to engage and inspire learners who enjoys the full end to end process of capturing requirements and designing initiatives.
Possessing high level personal impact, you will be an excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Tertiary qualifications in education/workplace training and assessment is essential together with a working knowledge of Litmos and Articulate 360.â
