Join our high performing team in Broadbeach and learn about Private Bank operations from the ground up by supporting a team of experienced Client Service Associates and their aligned Private Bankers.

What role will you play?

As the primary support to the team, you will work on a range of tasks including liaising with and assisting incoming visitors to the office, managing mail and courier requirements and ordering and replenishing kitchen and office supplies.

You may also assist on client meetings and meeting preparations, and actively participate in team meetings with a 'continuous improvement' mind-set to improve client and adviser outcomes.

Other typical tasks will include assisting advisers and the broader Client Service Associate team with client advice requirements, maintaining client records, documentation review, compliance management and client support.

You will work collaboratively with peers to ensure these are completed accurately and maintained appropriately.
