You will proactively partner with a wide range of stakeholder's and finance partners, supporting Macquarie's Corporate Operations Group.

You will align closely to the Enterprise Technology team to demonstrate measurable value, deliver value adding analysis and meaningful insights.

What role will you play?


You will utilise your outstanding relationship and communication skills to interact with teams in Enterprise Technology and across Macquarie to provide insights and analysis to help effectively manage their cost base and support the delivery to internal customers.

As well as partnering with Enterprise Technology leadership on cost base reporting, annual budget formulation and ad hoc projects, you will have oversight of the Enterprise Technology FP&A team in Manila including day to day operations and career development.


What you offer

  • A qualified accountant who can demonstrate a keen interest in business performance reporting
  • Technology Finance experience is preferred with exposure working on a portfolio upwards of $200 million in costbase management
  • Experience leading an offshore team as well as a proactive attitude, inquisitive nature, and an ability to quickly grasp new concepts
  • Financial planning and analysis skills through experience in a similar role preferably within financial services
  • High attention to detail with strong communication skills and comfortable working with a large number of stakeholders in a fastpaced environment
  • A process improvement mindset and an interest in working with colleagues in Australia and offshore teams.
