Fixed Term Contract (FT hours) until 1st November 2024._**We are looking for a Customer Service Centre Consultant to join our Government & Defence team in Brisbane.
As a Contact Centre Consultant, you will contribute to this by assisting ADF Members as well as Corporate and Government clients with their relocation enquiries and needs.
As the Customer Service Centre Consultant, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service that focuses on the individual and delivers first class advice, assistance, advocacy and escalation resolution.
- Conduct questionnaires with ADF members on service given and assistance provided.
- Data entry and general administration duties.
- Liaise with third parties where relevant to in relation to relocation services.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Desirable
- A minimum of 1 year previous experience in a high volume, fast paced Contact Centre.
- Proven experience in a Customer Service position.
- Excellent keyboard skills and ability to navigate computer systems (Microsoft suite).
- Ability to quickly aquire the knowledge and processes applicable to the relocations industry, in particular ADF benefits and entitlement.
- A commitment and passion to provide first class service to the customer and put their needs first.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
