Job Description:


We are looking for an experienced and driven leader to manage our Customer Service operation of the Laverton site on behalf of Toll Chemical Logistics and its Customers, in line with the national strategy.

You will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience by overseeing local customer contacts, liaising with customers and sites, whilst identifying continuous improvement and innovation within the business.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Supporting the best possible customer journey (service excellence) and enhance service capabilities within the site and in line with National requirements
  • Provide leadership in resources, planning and directing to achieve the accountabilities of the position, as well as ensure regulatory and legislative compliance.
  • Support in communication and engagement to help improve customer experience
  • Training, mentoring and development of team members
  • SME and coverage for roles and also for systems
  • Compilation of customer reports and maintaining open lines of communications with key customers.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Logistics industry with good warehouse and customer knowledge
  • Knowledge of procedures and systems
  • Transport and Warehouse Management Systems
  • Ability to prioritise and work with internal and external stakeholders to optimise workflow
  • Team orientated and able to provide support and guidance as required


  • MS Office knowledge

  • Word, Excel and Powerpoint
