The People & Culture Advisor role will take ownership of a dedicated portfolio, providing broad HR support to the business.

Within the role you will have the opportunity to get your hands dirty with operational HR, whilst supporting broader projects and change initiatives.

As such, the environment is fast-paced where no two days will be the same.

Reporting into the General Manager of People & Culture, some of your key responsibilities will include;

  • Providing daytoday support to your client group across the employee lifecycle including coaching managers through cyclical processes including remuneration reviews, succession planning and performance appraisals.
  • Managing ER cases end by ensuring procedural fairness is adhered to and mitigating risk to the business.
  • Providing guidance to the business leaders to improve and optimise change management and transformational change. You will have support from your manager and the broader team.
  • Assist the recruitment team with providing recruitment strategies and ensuring this aligns to the companies EVP.
  • Assisting in identifying needs, skills gaps and skill requirements as well as facilitating training sessions for managers as required.
  • Planning for key change activities including acquisition and restructuring activities, with support and guidance.
Our clients culture is one they truly cherish therefore the right 'fit' includes the following experience and traits;

  • An enthusiastic and positive 'can do' attitude.
  • Previous generalist HR experience.
  • Ability to coach, upskill and build manager capability.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline would be advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship skills as well as the ability to influence as required.

This is a great opportunity to work for a large, complex business that will truly set your career up for success.

You will be reporting into a highly knowledgeable manager, whilst being afforded autonomy to take ownership of the role.

As the business continues to grow, you will have the opportunity to be creative, suggest changes, and make your mark on the business.

Finally, you will have the flexibility of a hybrid working model.
