Company fully support hybrid working, this role is predominantly based in Southport office with the option to work a few days from home.

- You thrive on daytoday interactions with users, problem solving and bringing their feedback constructively into the company
- You constantly demonstrate creativity and are always coming up with new ideas
- Knowledge with Zendesk or Intercom is a bonus.
What you'll do
- Become a product expert
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' business and operational objectives
- Creating a sense of wow in every customer interaction
- Educate customers on capabilities and best practices to simplify adoption and align expectations

Schedule:
- 35 hour week, Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm with a 1 hour lunch
Supplemental pay types:
