Working as part of this team you will:
Respond and proactively manage general queries from customers and assist appropriately to deliver the best possible customer experience.
Listen to the client, understand their enquiry.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to deliver optimal solutions.
Confidentially capture/update information into our systems
Schedule appointments between the client and our team of Therapists
Use empathy and communication skills to be of calm, helpful service to people in their time of need.

Your weekends, are yours


This is a full-time role, working across a rotating roster from Monday to Friday, with hours between 8am and 5pm.

We can work with you to plan hours that suit your needs and provide opportunity for hybrid working.


What we're looking for:

Prior experience of the NDIS is not essential.

In fact, we sometimes find that experience in other types of work like retail, sales, hospitality, and corporate roles develops skills and life experience that is highly suited to this role.


To be successful, you should:

Have a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Have prior experience with consultative sales skills.
Be able to multitask across different systems including the Microsoft Office suite and CRMs.
Be a fast, autonomous worker who can work effectively alone and within a team setting.
Have a high level of attention to detail and resourcefulness.
Knowledge of the NDIS and/ or Medicare is highly desirable; and
Have a compliance with Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check.
