I am a motivated university graduate with a year and a half of experience in a professional services recruitment environment. During this time, I have developed a strong understanding of working in fast-paced, client-facing roles and contributing effectively within a professional team. I bring a focused and organised approach to my work, supported by an analytical mindset and a genuine desire to perform to a high standard. I am comfortable solving problems, managing multiple priorities and building strong relationships, and I communicate confidently with senior stakeholders both internally and externally. I am keen to continue developing my skills while adding value to a collaborative and results-driven organisation.

During a placement year, I worked at Hays Recruitment in the City of London, specialising within the professional services. My day-to-day saw me meeting with senior stakeholders both internally and externally to create long term business plans and strategies. 

Whilst all of my professional experience is within recruitment, it is not a career I wish to pursue. However, the skills I learned within the recruitment roles were very valuable and gave me a stronger professional and business understanding.
