I have a Collaborative approach to successful transformational leadership, engaging with business stakeholders at C-level / Board & 3rd parties, delivering ‘fit for purpose’ solutions and digitally-enabled business change. 
 

Experience

I have over 30 years of IT experience, working as a Developer, Consultant, Professional Services, Product Manager, Project Manager and Programme Manager, both in the UK and Australia.

I have delivered many Greenfield and Brownfield Software Solutions (7 Digit, Risk Platform, Verde), both for Internal and Customer facing, many of which were Internet on Prem Based and Cloud Native.

I have run teams of 80 plus people, cross functional, and geographically dispersed, with budgets of up to £20M.

I am focused and tenacious when I need to be, but listen always to the customer and my team, achieving a common-sense way forward for my deliveries.

 

 

Education

I am degree educated and PMP certified, I have an APMPQ  and ITIL qualifications. I am a Risk professional and have attended a number of Amazon and Google FinOps training programmes.
