    The Location

    Situated a short drive north of Brisbane, this facility is located in a large regional city on the beautiful coast.

    The city offers all the necessary infrastructure and facilities while still retaining its small-town charm.

    It has a busy domestic airport, making it easily accessible from anywhere in Australia.

    The Hospital

    This is a modern 120-bed acute care surgical and medical facility that recently expanded its critical care unit.

    The Position

    Working in the 9-bed critical care unit, you will be providing registrar-level care on a 7 days on, 7 days off roster - perfect for those needing study time.

    The Offer

    The salary is based on an hourly rate, with an annual package amounting to approximately $180,000. You can choose to live locally or commute every 7 days for work. If you opt for the latter, accommodation will be provided during your working days.

    The Requirements

    To be eligible, you must have a minimum of 6 months of ICU experience at registrar level in Australia or the UK, and hold registration with AHPRA.

    • 2/3 years of experience post rotations preferred.
    • Ideally, experience in an Emergency Department, ICU/Critical Care setting, with some general medical officer exposure.
    • Open to VISA sponsorship.

    Must have experience in procedural sedation, possess Current ALS certification, be skilled with PICC lines, ART Line, Intubation, etc. Ability to manage critically ill patients with several years of experience.
