    Your new role
    • Process motor claims following procedures, ensuring correct documentation and prompt resolution
    • Promote QBE's products and services by building relationships with customers and stakeholders
    • Deliver exceptional operational and customer service for internal and external stakeholders
    • Manage claims using specialists for efficient settlement
    • Enhance technical expertise through training
    About you
    • Understanding of general insurance and previous motor claims experience
    • Strong customer service and empathy
    • Passion for assisting people in need
    • Effective communication and multitasking skills
    • Strong organizational and analytical abilities
