The Company
Our client is an established and well-rounded Insurance firm, looking for a Travel Insurance Consultant to join their expanding team.
The Role
- Attending to inbound phone calls
- Managing Travel Insurance general inquiries
- Providing clients with information on product offerings
- Highly customer service and sales focused
- Upselling and crossselling to existing customers
- Assisting claims off
Salary: $33 per hour + super

- Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm
Location: Sydney CBD

Flex:3 days in the office, 2 days wfh
- Experience within the
General Insurance industry is essential - Strong customer service and administration skills essential
- Eager to learn and Passionate to grow in the industry
- Sales and Call Center experience desirable
- The ability to work in a team and in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
