Ray White Long Jetty is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a

Sales Administrator.
This is a uniquely diverse role where no two days are the same. You will wear many hats, but most importantly you will be the administrative backbone to our elite Sales team.


This role will initially commence as a 12 month contract, however has the scope to extend to full time employment with our office.

Experience in real estate is advantageous but not essential. If you have administration experience we'd especially love to hear from you, however if you have transferable and relevant skills & experience, we strongly encourage you to apply


Your duties will include:


  • Providing general office and sales administration support;
  • Offering administrative assistance to the Principal when required;
  • Diary and travel management;
  • Assisting with the organisation and creation of marketing campaigns and materials;
  • Working with a database;
  • Assisting with generating business opportunities;
  • Customer call backs;
  • Completing data entry;
  • Scheduling;
  • Report preparation;
  • Market research;
  • Upholding professional standards; and
  • Providing exceptional customer service.
