Our client is seeking a passionate, hard working and enthusiastic
Property Officer / Assistant Property Manager to join their accomplished and highly respected team.

Whilst previous real estate experience is a distinct advantage, it's not essential. We are more interested in smart, motivated and passionate individuals. We can teach you the skills if you bring the right attitude


Your duties will include:


  • Provide an exceptional customer focus towards both prospective and existing owners and tenants;
  • Provide support to the Property Manager(s) in a range of functions associated with leasing and maintaining properties;
  • Liaising with a range of stakeholders, including tenants, landlords etc;
  • Handling prospective tenant enquiries;
  • Opportunities to assist with marketing collateral;
  • Assisting with the preparation of tenancy agreements;
  • Conducting ingoing inspections;
  • Consulting with owners to help them maximise leasing potential;
  • To maintain a high professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and company standards;
  • Diary management; and
  • General administration.

To succeed in this role you'll have:

  • Exceptional customer service skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • High levels of professionalism;
  • Previous real estate experience (highly desired but not essential);
  • Previous client relationship or account management experience;
  • A real estate licence, or registration certificate (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
  • The ability to manage and prioritise your time;
  • The ability to assist with the growth of the rent roll.
  • Intermediate computer and digital literacy on a range of software platforms;
  • A valid drivers licence; and
  • A reliable motor vehicle.
