Working with a visionary leader, you will partner together to develop and drive the Compensation & Benefits agenda globally including the maintenance and administration of the company's compensation programs.
The role will form part of the Centre Of Excellence team working closely with key stakeholders including the SLT, HR Business Partners and external vendors globally.
Key skills & responsibilities include:
- Providing advanced level consulting and analysis on total compensation frameworks;
- Program design and implementation, benchmarking, STI's and recognition;
- Data sourcing and management;
- International assignments including immigration, expatriate taxation and mobility practices;
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related discipline.
