This opportunity
As our
Learning Solutions Designer, you will play an integral role in supporting employees achieve their performance goals.

You will provide end to end capability development across our organisation, with a focus on developing engaging rapid online learning solutions for our sales channels, as well as Group-wide solutions like compliance training.

Through consultation, needs analysis, instructional design, evaluation, and continuous improvement of learning solutions you will help equip employees with the skills, knowledge, experience, and tools to achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities

Collaborate within the Capability & Talent Team to design and develop online learning solutions that meet agreed learning and business outcomes.
Identify Online Product, Process, System, Compliance skills/knowledge gaps and develop roadmap and milestones to ensure capability and learning initiatives are deployed on time and within any agreed budget facilitate agreement and signoff with a 'training scope' document.
Support the evaluation of deployment outcomes and coordinate any additional support requirements, such as negotiate delivery dates, costs, or dependencies.
Lead projects to meet business requirements, working with Project Managers, Go-ToMarket Managers and Operational Change Analysts, across the sales channels.
Ensure all online capability and learning material is designed in line with Learning Solutions Design team standards and the company brand voice guidelines.
Identify and implement accredited development solutions appropriate to business environment. Utilise adult learning and instructional design principles to develop all online learning and facetoface materials.
Be a source of truth for questions or information regarding development of online content.
Manage the successful deployment of online learning, including the preparation of supporting systems/platforms and the effective communication to audience groups.
Work collaboratively and effectively across sites and locations to meet Capability & Talent team objectives.

Knowledge and experience

Experience in online design and/or facilitation.
TAE 40110 / TAA Cert 4 in Training) would be advantageous.
Telecommunications or Retail/Sales/Contact Centre experience highly desirable.
Tertiary qualified in adult education (desirable but not essential).
Working knowledge of elearning authoring software and LMS systems and frameworks.
Ability to build solid working relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation.
