Gaynes Park Suites is a ground-breaking combination of luxury apartment-style accommodation with in-house services like cleaning and dining (in our five-star restaurant, The 4Seasons).

As part of a collaborative Leadership team, joining Life Care presents an exciting opportunity for you to influence and deliver excellent outcomes with the residents at Gaynes Park Suites while also bringing your perspective and skills to the whole organisation.


About the role


As the Gaynes Park Suites Well-being Consultant, you are responsible for developing well-being support plans that provide a holistic approach to residents' well-being and ensuring they can engage in meaningful activities around what matters most to them.

You are focused on exceptional service and positively influencing customer expectations through your passion for communication.


Your role will include:

  • The delivery of comprehensive residentcentred wellbeing care plans
  • The management and planning of wellbeing activities
  • Development and management of positive working relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders

About You
To be considered for the position, you will;

  • Have demonstrated ability to seek and act on consumer and family needs
  • Be able to express empathy and an innate ability to develop positive working relationships
  • Be able to build rapport with a range of stakeholders, including residents, families, staff members and other medical professionals.

You'll also need some more practical things:

  • An ability to obtain a Police Clearance
  • Evidence of Covid19 and Seasonal flu vaccinations
  • Experience or willingness to work with changing resident acuity.
