About the Role
This is a unique opportunity as this role will provide clinical support and leadership across all Life Care sites.

You will be seconded to the Residential Aged Care Facilities to support periods of leave and or key service improvement or clinical initiatives that contribute to Life Care's ambition to be a premier provider.

Being supported by the Clinical Operations Manager, the Roving Clinical Services Manager will be a mobile position providing clinical leadership and expertise across all of our five sites across Life Care.

At the sites, the role will report into the Residential Services Manager and be directly supported by Clinical Leads and a robust team of multi-disciplinary health professionals and support services.

The Clinical Services Manager will be responsible for the management and oversight of all responsibilities associated to the delivery of consumer-centric clinical care, while ensuring Life Care continue to provide an exceptional customer service experience.

About You

To be considered for the Clinical Services Manager position, you will be an experienced clinical leader with the evidenced capacity to effectively manage a team of multi-disciplinary health professionals and support staff within an Aged Care environment.

Ideally, you will be able to express empathy and consideration and evidence the innate ability to develop positive working relationships and build rapport with a range of stakeholders including residents, families, staff members and other medical professionals.

You will also have knowledge and experience in working within regulatory and legislative practice parameters in relation to nursing practice and have a developed understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, in order to meet the clinical compliance requirements of the role.

In addition, you must also evidence:

Minimum 3 years' experience with a combination of a Clinical Services Manager, Nurse Unit Manager or Clinical Lead role
Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Current National Crime Check (or capacity to obtain)
Current 2023 Flu Vaccination
All COVID19 Vaccinations
