We are actively seeking a meticulous Patent Assistant, possessing 2-3 years of experience, to join our Sydney team. This is a
full-time,
fixed-term position with the potential to become permanent.

The role is crucial for the efficient functioning of our Patent practice, offering hybrid work options to ensure both balance and flexibility.

Skills & Responsibilities

Monitor deadlines and manage calendars efficiently.
Engage in client and IP organization enquiries, maintaining a strong client service focus.
Perform word processing, document preparation, and manage patent documentation.
Utilize IP systems and software, like Inprotech and iManage, for patent scheduling and processing.
