We're looking for an administrative assistant with genuine interest and committemetn to support a patent practice. Join o join our Sydney team on a Full-time basis. Offering Hybrid work arrangements

Responsibilities

Word processing / typing and collating correspondence and other documents from audio/ digital dictation, amending and formatting documents quickly and accurately
Maintaining diary systems for operators and booking meetings
Creating, drafting and amending legal documents
Assisting with general office and administration duties as and when required

Skills & Responsibilities

Good Administrative skills, such as eye for detail and time management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional manner
Accurate typing skills
Enjoys a busy work environment
