THE COMPANY:

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the GM, this role would be responsible for all sales and operational commitments of the VIC/TAS portfolio

Duties will include

Oversee operational management of two branches, supported by a Branch Manager and operations team
Identification, development and execution of a retention and new sales strategy. Assisting with the development and growth of Account Managers
Acting as a key advocate for the brand and employees with a can do, hands on yet focused leadership style
Work alongside other states and the executive team to ensure optimal outcomes for customers

ABOUT YOU:

You will be an accomplished leader with the ability to tailor your communication style to those you are engaging with

Ina addition, you will have:

Proven experience in a similar Branch/State/Regional Manager role across B2B, wholesale, industrial retail, or warehousing/distribution type industries
Demonstrated ability to develop and lead sales and operations teams to a high level of success
Relevant tertiary qualifications (or a level of experience to supersede this)
A passion for working with customers and teams to ensure a high standard is maintained across all business units.
