- Located in Brisbane, Queensland
- Up to 12 months with potential to extend, pending business and performance requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document requirements, transforming raw data into insightful reports.
- Develop and deliver high-quality reporting products in consultation with business areas, ensuring alignment with user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Drive efficiency by creating a 'single source of truth' for all reporting, featuring rich and drillable visualisations for accessibility.
- Manage reporting projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to development and release management.
- Develop reports in accordance with style guides, user experience, and accessibility standards, as well as coding and technical standards.
- Ensure thorough testing, documentation, and appropriate change notes for all report releases.
- Ensure code written for projects is extensible and reusable in other parts of the project and other projects.
- Relevant analytics-related vendor certifications.
- Demonstrable skills in Python for building analytical assets such as Forecasting, Predictive Modeling, and Text Analysis.
- Knowledge of reporting objects such as hierarchies, prompts, parameters, filters, custom calculated items, and XML editing in SAS VA/Tableau.
- Experience in release management.
- Be able to pass and hold a national police check and worker screening check.
- Must be an Australian Citizen.

About the Team
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategic Reporting Developer to join our Strategic and Operations Reporting team within the Office of the Chief Risk Officer. As part of this dynamic team, you will be instrumental in building, delivering, and maintaining a comprehensive suite of reporting and analytics for our organisation.
About the Role
As an EL1 Strategic and Operations Reporting, your insights will play a crucial role in monitoring developing risks, tracking progress to initiatives, and making data-driven decisions.
