ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a supervisor to ensure the operations of our

Coburg, VIC site run smoothly. You

must be available to work

_7am - 3pm (M-F)_:

- and be available to work occasional overtime and on public holidays._

You will be accountable for the overall performance of the site in the following areas:

Safety
Operations / Maintenance
Management
Quality

You will also be responsible for making decisions to ensure quality targets are met, throughput is maximized, and downtime is minimized.

You will be responsible for managing one employee.

ABOUT YOU:

Supervisory experience
_ required_:
Forklift licence
_required_:
Experience running balers
_required_:
Effective communication skills
Experience managing weighbridge information
_desirable_:
Ability to manage a small team and enforce directions
Selfstarter, persevering work ethic and ability to work with mínimal supervision and comply with all company policies and procedures, including site safety.
Ability to perform physical requirements such as, prolonged physical exertion: including standing, reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying
Current driver's license
