As the State Operations Manager of VIC, you will be instrumental in understanding and optimizing our business model.

Your primary responsibility is to oversee the operations of the four main functional units:
Sales and Advice, Production and Technical Services, Management of Customer Requirements, and Relationship Management.

The objective is to drive optimal performance, develop effective sales and marketing strategies, and ensure continuous growth across all aspects of the business.


Key Responsibilities:


1.


Business Development:


  • Build strong relationships with the customer base.
  • Implement new strategies to gain market share.
  • Pitch presentations at new markets and clients.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients.
  • Manage customer accounts, tenders, and business development.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
  • Implement sales strategies to meet monthly targets.

Performance Management:


  • Ensure business deadlines are consistently met to drive efficiency.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and care.
  • Build and manage a strong and professional team.
  • Provide specific feedback to the General Manager on business opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and report regularly.
  • Develop and maintain a Call cycle for all contacts in the Company CRM.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy to 100%.

Reporting & Feedback:


  • Prepare accurate and timely sales documents based on preresearched client pain points.
  • Convey appropriate messages to Clevel executives.
  • Incorporate feedback from various sources.
  • Provide detailed monthly reports on performance indicators.

Relationship Management:


  • Create a highperformance environment within the team.
  • Minimize barriers for staff to accomplish work effectively.
  • Identify and nurture individuals displaying high potential.
  • Ensure all staff are wellversed in Our Client's business model.

Management Oversight:


  • Lead the sales and production teams.
  • Oversee production schedules and project/resource requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Uphold quality control standards.
