The Role:


As a Call Centre Representative, your primary duties involve managing roadside assistance calls, adding an extra layer of excitement to your role.


Your daily tasks will include:

  • Assessing mechanical faults and determining appropriate actions.
  • Delivering exceptional service during roadside assistance calls.
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
  • Resolving complaints and disputes following company protocols.
  • Collaborating with senior team members to manage and escalate claims.
  • Preparing accurate and detailed reports.
  • Engaging with stakeholders as required.
  • Minimum of 1+ years in a customer servicefocused role.
  • Passion for automobiles and basic knowledge of car parts or mechanics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage high call volumes effectively.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • A team player with the capacity to work independently when needed.
  • Resilience, motivation, and a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in claims handling desirable.
