The Role:
As a Call Centre Representative, your primary duties involve managing roadside assistance calls, adding an extra layer of excitement to your role.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Assessing mechanical faults and determining appropriate actions.
- Delivering exceptional service during roadside assistance calls.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Resolving complaints and disputes following company protocols.
- Collaborating with senior team members to manage and escalate claims.
- Preparing accurate and detailed reports.
- Engaging with stakeholders as required.
- Minimum of 1+ years in a customer servicefocused role.
- Passion for automobiles and basic knowledge of car parts or mechanics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage high call volumes effectively.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- A team player with the capacity to work independently when needed.
- Resilience, motivation, and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in claims handling desirable.
