About Our Trustee Team:


Our Trustee team is proud of their role and the support they provide to the beneficiaries of the Indigenous Trusts and their communities.

They play an important part in the Mutual Trust family.

A valued employee is retiring, creating an opportunity for an experienced Administration/Call Center/Customer Service Officer to join the team.


The Criteria:


To be successful in this role, we expect that you have solid administration skills, be able to work proficiently with Microsoft Office, monitor and respond to client queries by phone and in person.

You will need to be well organised, able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.

A mature and common sense approach will hold you in good stead for the roles and responsibilities of the position.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administration of Indigenous trusts administered by Mutual Trust
  • Assist the Manager, Trustee Administration generally, as required
  • Attend to administrative tasks, as required
  • Work as part of the Mutual Trust's Trustee services team.

About You

  • Engaging, having a strong level of attention to detail and be a person who is selfmotivated and willing to assist as needed
  • Able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
  • Organised and proficient on MS Office
  • Able to contribute positively and collaboratively within a team environment.
