The Nursing and Midwifery Workforce Unit (NMWU) at Western Health - Williamstown campus, is seeking a highly motivated Administration officer for a permanent part-time position (64hrs per fortnight) to work closely with the NMWU management team to undertake a broad range of administrative tasks, including assisting with centralised recruitment of nurses and midwives into positions across the organisation and administrative tasks for managing the Pool and Bank workforce.
To be successful in this role you need:
- Excellent customer service skills and strong communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently and effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Computer literacy with fast and accurate data entry skills
- Flexible and positive attitude
- Experience in recruitment desirable but not essential
