Are you passionate about building a sustainable future? Do you want to contribute to exciting major project? Join our dynamic team at our Bulleen Concrete Plant and play a key role in Building Something Great.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient batching and loading of concrete, active participation in the day-to-day site operations, and proficient operation of both plant and mobile equipment.

Your day will involve:

Accurate batching of orders to specified mix designs with dedicated programs and systems
Safe operation of frontend loader to weigh up materials for batching
Managing day to day administration including stock control of raw materials and monthly forecasts
Participation in safety initiatives including prestarts, toolboxes and incident reporting
General yard housekeeping and maintenance

What are we looking for?

Relevant batching and/or concrete industry experience or knowledge
A current FEL licence, forklift ticket and white card is preferred
Sound computer literacy working with multiple systems and safety reporting
Flexibility and willingness to cover several responsibilities across the plant as required
