Your next opportunity
Our Whinstanes Laboratory is seeking a driven and self-motivated Tester eager to expand or kickstart their career within the construction materials industry


You will play a critical part in our Quarries business by focusing the day-to-day laboratory testing of our quarry products to relevant standard methods.


Your day will involve:


  • Sampling and testing of Quarry products;
  • Accurate record keeping of test results in Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS);
  • Calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment;
  • Follow Inspection and Test Plans to carry out production and compliance testing and,
  • Maintenance of the laboratory in accordance with NATA accreditation requirements.

What are we looking for?

  • Driver's License;
  • Construction induction card (white card);
  • Effective written and verbal communication;
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work unsupervised;
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality;
  • Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques or relevant experience in quality control testing of concrete or construction material products preferred but not essential.
