Your next opportunity
Our Whinstanes Laboratory is seeking a driven and self-motivated Tester eager to expand or kickstart their career within the construction materials industry

You will play a critical part in our Quarries business by focusing the day-to-day laboratory testing of our quarry products to relevant standard methods.

Your day will involve:

Sampling and testing of Quarry products;
Accurate record keeping of test results in Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS);
Calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment;
Follow Inspection and Test Plans to carry out production and compliance testing and,
Maintenance of the laboratory in accordance with NATA accreditation requirements.

What are we looking for?

Driver's License;
Construction induction card (white card);
Effective written and verbal communication;
Selfmotivated with the ability to work unsupervised;
Strong commitment to safety and quality;
Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques or relevant experience in quality control testing of concrete or construction material products preferred but not essential.
