Our Bundaberg tray erecting facility is currently looking for an energetic team player to join our small yet fast-paced production team to ensure the region's horticultural customers are provided with corrugated trays and cartons for their fruit, vegetables and citrus products.

Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will play a key role in:

  • Setting up and operating the tray erecting machines
  • Planning for and carrying out preventative maintenance and managing the erector spare parts inventory
  • Ensuring work flows through the machines at required speeds to meet quality and customer needs
  • Taking customer orders and assisting with deliveries (loading/unloading trucks)
  • Providing technical coaching and support to the team to continually improve processes and work practices
  • Supervising and allocating work to seasonal labour hire casuals
  • Assisting in the coordination of resources necessary to continually achieve high quality, safety and production levels
  • Providing back up support to the Site Manager on a daily basis and during periods of leave
