Working alongside the Key Operator you will be responsible for assisting in the setup of all aspects of the Converting machines, in a timely and accurate manner; prepare tooling/materials for the next order to facilitate a quick change-over; keep the work area clean; machine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance; perform in-process quality checks; stack bundles; and assist the Operator to ensure the machinery runs at its optimum performance.

To be successful for this role, you must be able to demonstrate:

  • A 'proactive/self starter attitude;
  • Demonstrated performance in current/ previous role;
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently;
  • A methodical approach to problem solving;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Driven to exceed targets and identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Willing and able to work across other machines within your skillset;
  • Willingness and aptitude for training and progression into an Operator position;
  • A strong focus on quality and commitment to upholding Workplace Health & Safety standards in your own work and that of others.
