About the role
This Administration Assistant position is a full-time permanent role, working Monday to Friday.

You will never been bored in this role, you will support the firms general administration tasks, as well as managing the delivery of documents and the role requires someone who is willing to take on an all rounder approach to their work.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Reception cover
  • Adhoc administration tasks
  • Support to all teams
  • Meeting room and event set up
  • Clerk rounds
  • Organising couriers
  • Ordering stationary, kitchen and office supplies
  • Library support
  • Binding and collating documents
  • Filing
