About the role
We currently have a vacancy for a Coordinator based in Wantirna for a full-time fixed term 12-month position. Job share would be considered for this role.


As the Coordinator you will provide leadership and support to the team to ensure programs are efficient and client focused and meet the needs of the participants.

The Gateways program provides community-based respite programs that support people of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals.


About you


To be successful in the Coordinator Gateways position you will be experienced in development and promotion of a community respite program that operate within legislative and funding compliance.

You will support and inspire the team to ensure a strong client focus.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Disability or related discipline
  • Experience working with clients with significant and diverse disabilities
  • Outstanding ability to lead a high performing team
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to build strong internal and external relationships
  • Excellent ability to respond and resolve issues/ concerns for clients, families or their representatives
  • Outstanding time management skill, with ability to priorities competing demands
