Description

Principle duties and tasks:

  • Assist with administrative tasks to support payroll and human resources functions.
  • Assist in the preparation of payrolls, through completion of time keeping information, updating pay information
  • Communicate with outsourced Payroll vendor to update employee pay details
  • Assist in checking of payroll reports
  • Assist in preparing data reports and worksheets to move to new Payroll vendor
  • Assist with filing and other administration, such as letters and contracts of employment
  • Complete other ad hoc duties as requested
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information is maintained at all times
  • Complete tasks to assist with Month End process and work with other members of the Diversey team to assist with functions, such as Group Tax, Payroll Tax, Superannuation
