Description
Principle duties and tasks:
- Assist with administrative tasks to support payroll and human resources functions.
- Assist in the preparation of payrolls, through completion of time keeping information, updating pay information
- Communicate with outsourced Payroll vendor to update employee pay details
- Assist in checking of payroll reports
- Assist in preparing data reports and worksheets to move to new Payroll vendor
- Assist with filing and other administration, such as letters and contracts of employment
- Complete other ad hoc duties as requested
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information is maintained at all times
- Complete tasks to assist with Month End process and work with other members of the Diversey team to assist with functions, such as Group Tax, Payroll Tax, Superannuation
