An opportunity exists for a Demand planner to join the supply planning team within the Diversey ANZ division.

The supply planning team engages with the entire supply chain and business for the Diversey ANZ region and is responsible for delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

The Demand Planner's role is to oversee the sales forecasting process for all customer and products. You will be responsible for multiple stakeholders and differing product portfolios. The demand planner maintains the forecasting models and ensures the forecast output is at the highest level of integrity.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage stakeholder relationships with sales team and customers
  • Developing and maintaining demand forecasts in the model
  • Development and implementation of reporting to drive supply chain improvements for ANZ
  • Review historical sales trends, search future market trends to improve forecast results
  • Support and lead the S&OP process
  • Measure and improve Forecast accuracy and forecast bias
  • Identify and manage potential inventory obsolescence from Forecast and Life Cycle issues to minimise inventory writeoffs
  • SAP experience 2+ years
  • S&OP experience or exposure
  • Proficient in excel and forecasting systems
  • Passionate attitude in delivering results
  • Demand planning or supply planning experience 2+ years
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
