You will have a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing medium to large-scale pay-per-click advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads & Bing ads.

Your expertise in crafting captivating ad copy and optimizing keywords will fuel our growth and make you an invaluable asset to the team.

Your analytical mind and keen eye for detail will be instrumental in optimizing our advertising efforts.

To be successful in this role you will need demonstrated experience working in the paid digital media environment with a focus on performance-based marketing and measurement and analytics.

You will possess deep and hands-on knowledge of executing digital campaigns, including ad tagging, campaign analysis and measurement, and campaign optimization.

You will work closely with the Paid Search Media Manager & cross-functional teams to provide insights and performance reporting.

Requirements:


What you'll do

  • Develop and execute PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Generate, maintain, A/B test and refine ad copy, extensions, and any other campaign assets.
  • Conduct and review ongoing keyword research, audience & bid research and management.
  • Utilize advanced analytics, bidding and reporting tools to track campaign performance, budget and make datadriven decisions.
  • Deliver weekly/monthly reports with context around performance.
  • Work closely with a paid media manager to continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to meet or exceed performance goals, such as CPA, ROAS and ROI.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including design, social and affiliate teams, to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives, product updates, testing ideas & new offers.
  • Maintain a 'test and learn' culture, constantly seeking opportunities to improve performance, drive efficiency gains and improve prospect and customer experience through creatives, personalization, bonus opportunities & automation.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and updates to ensure campaigns are utilizing the latest tactics and strategies.

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years of experience in paid advertising, with focusing on Google ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads. Knowing Google
Shopping, Facebook Ads for Ecommerce or the gaming industry is a plus.

  • Experienced in establishing and managing medium to largescale budgets.
  • Proven track record of driving exceptional campaign performance and achieving profitable results (e,g CPA, ROAS, ROI) in a competitive sector.
  • Indepth experience with bid management tools.
  • An inquisitive nature. You should be excited to check the data on all
accounts each day and find the story within the data.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience
working with cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
