We need exceptional people to join our team and provide an out of this world experience for our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for management of our in-store customer service team to ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.

You will lead and motivate the team and manage expectations to deliver great outcomes.


Don't have automotive experience? That's completely fine because here is what we are looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years' management experience with the ability to lead a team within a sales/customer service environment
  • Responsible for the recruitment, selection, and on boarding of your team.
  • Ensure team members complete required training programs within agreed timeframes.
  • Ensure your team are held accountable at all times for delivery of the core requirements of their role within agreed processes.
  • Someone who understands the importance of providing a "customer first" experience
  • Maintains high standards focusing on ensuring customer satisfaction, getting details right, and displaying professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in growing, developing and mentoring Team Members ensuring they achieve KPI's and objectives
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
