Description

Subaru Doncaster is looking for a highly motivated Vehicle Delivery Consultant. Reporting directly to the Delivery Manager this role is responsible for organising new and used customer vehicle deliveries.

Key responsibilities include;

Assist sales in the coordination of vehicle deliveries and bookings
Fulfil administration duties including registration of vehicles, transfer of vehicles, verifying pre owned vehicles, process vehicle get ready orders
Coordinate aftermarket accessory fitment to vehicles
Ensure delivery schedules are maintained accurately
Maintain contact with customers awaiting vehicle delivery
Prepare relevant documentation
Accurately document and report any backordered parts that have not been delivered
Shows exceptional time management, prioritisation and planning skills to ensure each customer has an excellent experience when picking up their new car
Can manage all enquiries efficiently and escalate issues to ensure they are proactively managed
Communicates with impact managing multiple stakeholders to achieve best results for the business
Is detail oriented and as a result your work is accurate and of a high quality
Have sound computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft office suite and related systems
Possesses the drive to succeed and meet monthly delivery targets

Automotive experience is desirable but not essential as on the job training will be provided

This is a full time role pm Monday to Friday (An occasional Saturday may be required)
