The Role

An opportunity has become available for an Integration and Automation Manager to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.

You will

  • Provide authoritative and expert advice to senior management and stakeholders on digital products and initiatives
  • Manage the integration and automation teams through scrums, release planning, sprint planning and software development lifecycle
  • Liaise with a broad range of stakeholders in the development of digital product initiatives, managing conflicting priorities and resolving issues within tight timeframes and ensure costeffective outcomes
  • Provide guidance in relation to the integration, digital automation, and data migration initiatives across the Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service
  • Build and maintain influential and consultative working relationships with executive and senior management
About you


To be successful in this position you will require:

  • While not mandatory, a tertiary qualification in an information technology or computer science discipline or a related field is highly desirable
  • Evidence of vaccination and remain vaccinated against
  • COVID 1
  • Availability to work across the various facilities throughout Gold Coast Hospital and health Service
  • May incur overtime or extended hours beyond standard business times as per the Hospital and Health Service needs
  • Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
  • Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

  • Base salary ranging from $ $ per annum
