About the Role:

The Sales Administrator reports to the National Segment Sales Manager, and fills a critical coordination and Administration function within the Irrigation and Rural Team to provide support across the following areas:

  • Provide leading administrational support to the Sales team by providing a very high standard of Reporting, Pricing Management, CRM Information Updates, Customer Profile Management, Accounts assistance and Communication requirements.
  • Provide additional transactional and service support to internal stakeholders such as Sales Teams, Marketing, Customer Service, Projects, and Finance.
  • Be a key contributor to the team culture within Vinidex Sales team and the wider supporting Vinidex teams

  • Provide initiative and assistance to other senior management teams from time to time as required.

Requirements:


  • Strong understanding of general business administration with a minimum of 25 years of experience, ideally within a similar industry (Plumbing/Hardware, Civil Infrastructure, Irrigation) in a B2B environment.
  • Sound commercial and financial understanding of pricing structures and business models with experience in CRM systems.
  • Very strong attention to detail and process development skills
  • Flexible approach willing to learn and support new requirements in the business as they evolve
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills, proficient in MS Office and particularly strong in MS Excel and data presentation.
  • Experience with Microsoft BI reporting and development would be advantageous.
