With expansion to their business, we have now an opportunity for an experienced
Payroll Officer to join their team.

Responsibilities

Accurate and timely processing of a weekly payroll for approximately employees in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant award and all legislative requirements
Processing of new starter and position change paperwork
Calculation of termination payments
Provide assistance and resolution to our retail teams with their payroll queries in a timely, friendly, and accurate manner
Preparation and lodgement of PAYG, Payroll Tax and Superannuation
Ensuring that all payroll components are costed to the relevant general ledger accounts and reconciled.
Demonstrated experience using Preceda in a highvolume payroll processing environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Previous experience using a time and attendance system is essential.
