The Role
The role is full time and working closely with fee earners in their insurance team.

Your position will be extremely busy and varied and will have you:


  • Processing monthly billings
  • Preparing and amending documents
  • Filing and saving documents
  • Diary management and organising meetings and room bookings
  • Other legal assistant/legal secretary duties as required
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

  • Experience as a legal assistant in insurance is desirable
  • Experience working in a high volume legal filed
  • Ability to work to strict and short deadlines
  • Ability to process monthly billing
