    Description

    Are you organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic work environment? RWW Group is seeking a Project Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our projects. As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks that keep our projects on track and our clients satisfied.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    · Assist in coordinating and monitoring project activities to ensure they are executed on time and within scope.

    · Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.

    · Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.

    · Help manage project resources, including personnel and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.

    · Identify and assess project risks and issues, and work with the project team to develop mitigation strategies.

    · Assist in tracking project budgets and expenses to ensure projects stay within financial parameters.

    · Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and capture meeting minutes.

    · Generate regular project status reports for management and clients.

    · Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

    Qualifications:

    · Diploma of Project Management or relevant industry qualifications.

    · Proven experience as a Project Administrator or in a similar role.

    · Strong organizational and time management skills.

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    · Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    · Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

    · Knowledge of project management processes and methodologies is a plus.
