- Following safe work and good manufacturing practices to achieve production operations;
- Identifying and escalating opportunities and activities which improve plant and equipment, reliability and efficiency;
- Train and coach colleagues to develop skills and competency in operations;
- Support reliability team to conduct and participate in root cause analysis of breakdowns and/or process improvement;
- Complete all required task notification, safety and quality computer based activities and paperwork;
- Participating in Safety, Quality and Continuous Improvement activities to enhance workplace.

Based at Tongala and reporting to the site Production Coordinator, the role of Miller is an integral operational role. Working closely with all site teams and broader functional Maintenance, Safety and Quality teams, this role enables a highly motivated, experienced production operator to join a corporate company and lead their day to day activities.
Day to day responsibilities of this role will be;
To be considered for this role, you will have the following;
A Forklift License is highly desirable, although is not essential, as full training, including appropriate induction will be provided.
Your demonstrated experience in operation milling and/or manufacturing, as well as Safety and Quality within a team environment, will be most highly regarded. Any experience using SAP software, would be an advantage.
This position may require you to work shift work. Occasional overtime will also be required to meet business needs and seasonal requirements. A competitive wage, including any relevant shift-work penalties will apply.
Given this is such a key role in the success of the operation, an individual who is self-motivated and prepared to assist training others, whilst looking to progress their career in Manufacturing Operations will be ideal.
