    What you'll do

    • Delivers Observability framework for WooliesX: Ensures reliable, available, and performant critical digital services and systems.
    • Shapes the future of Observability: Collaborates with diverse teams to define traceability, metrics, and logging strategies.
    • Drives service reliability and engineering excellence: Implements tooling to monitor service performance against SLIs & SLOs.
    • Automates tasks and processes: Improves efficiency and reduces manual intervention.
    • Collaborates with stakeholders: Provides Observability solutions, measures outcomes, and drives continuous improvement.

    What you'll bring

    • Technical Delivery Experience: Proven ability to work in technical delivery teams (10+ people).
    • Cloud Expertise: Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and integration across enterprise platforms.
    • Agile & Project Management: Experience in both agile and project-based execution methodologies.
    • Observability Implementation & Prioritization: Experience implementing Observability practices and influencing stakeholders to prioritise Observability measures.
    • Technical Skills & Experience: Strong experience with SRE practices, Observability platforms, automation tools, and cloud platforms. Some experience with cloud-native development, databases, and event intelligence platforms. Good experience with a subset of technologies in the current stack.
