Health & Safety Advisor

Sydney, NSW

- $130-150k + super

Main Duties

Your responsibilities will be:

Promoting a continuous improvement culture and implement best practice management systems in the workplace.
Monitoring daily site tasks and provide advice on risks and controls.
Ensuring compliance with the procedures whilst health and safety is observed.
Providing OHS training to all employees and subcontractors.
Investigating any injuries or incidents and recommending corrective actions.

Requirement

3+ years experience in a similar role, ideally in civil engineering, roads, or construction environment
Have a degree, diploma or relevant certificate in Health and Safety.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships internally as well as externally.
Excellent skills in time management, planning, communication and organizing along with the ability to positively influence improved Health and Safety Outcomes.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and can provide practical solutions to a problem.

Benefits

An attractive salary ranging from $130150k base + super (negotiable dependent on the level of experience).
